Urgent Question: EU citizens denied their right to vote

Since the European elections, I have been contacted by many EU citizens in Lewisham Deptford who were not able to vote in the recent European elections. The Government set an impossible timetable which local councils were unable to meet, leaving many without a vote.

I asked Kevin Foster for an explanation and an apology on behalf of the many citizens who were prevented from voting last month.
