Tune in to hear Nancy teach how there are multiple ways to break bad habits.
Our second caller, Quentin, is an aspiring actor who is in the beginning stages of his career. He is struggling to stay driven because of how difficult it is to start. Our inspirational guest, Amy Weber, was physically and intensely bullied by a “friend” at five years old. She was innocent going into the friendship and coming out of it, she had trust issues. After moving to a new city, she started to become aggressive and made a reputation for herself where everyone was afraid of her. She has since created a film to show how she overcame bullying and give others an inside look on both sides of the spectrum.
Our final caller, Clare, asks Nancy how she can get rid of the fear she has that triggers will bring back her depression. Some of Clare’s triggers include loneliness and everyday stress. She has made some lifestyle changes and asks Nancy how to keep herself in a positive place. Hear how Nancy encourages Clare to assist others by taking what she has learned and sharing her experiences.
To find your voice, Nancy suggests listening to yourself. By doing this, you can find the words to speak up. Figure out what it is you have to say and how you can translate that into the right words or physical actions. Making yourself heard can assist in taking back control of your life. This will pave the way to gain confidence and live full out.
