CLEANSING MANTRA:
“Air, Fire Water, Earth, Spirit; Cleanse. Dismiss. Dispel.”
TEA SPELLS AND MANTRAS:
Luck:
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
One black tea of choice
As you stir in your herbs repeat this mantra three times:
“Luck, lucky me luck, luck achieved with this tea.”
SLEEP:
1/2 tbsp ground chamomile
As you steep your herbs, take a few deep breaths and center yourself with your hands above your tea. Imagine a glowing light pouring out of your hands into your tea and repeat this mantra three times:
“Chamomile flowers of yellow and white, bring to me good sleep tonight.”
