A class action lawsuit alleges that Godiva chocolates are falsely advertised as Belgium chocolate products when they are actually made in Reading, Pennsylvania. On Godiva packaging, store fronts, display stands, and advertising, “Belgium 1926” is reportedly displayed prominently.
