An Italian Courante (17th Century "Running" Folk Dance) - Composed By Rob Steinberg

An Italian Courante (17th Century An Italian Courante is a rapid dance in triple meter. It differs from the French style which is generally solemn, stately and less strictly in a triple rhythm. The Courante was a court dance for couples, prominent in the late 16th century and remained so in courts and among aristocrats for more than a century. My take-off on that style was composed and recorded March 7, 2019.
