The schools re-open amid uproar by booksellers and publishers who claim they are owed billions in unpaid bills after delivering learning materials to the institutions.
Last week, booksellers met in Nakuru to work out a stratagem for the recovery of their investments even as they threatened to stop supplying to the schools until they are paid.
